“The first and formost ideal of Phi Kappa Sigma is the pursuit of academic knowledge.”(1) We are committed to helping our brothers be successful in their academic careers to ready them for their professsional careers.
As a social organization we have found a balance between maintaining a healthy social agenda and allowing our members ample time to focus on their studies.
Our Academic Chair oversees a strict study schedule for our new members. Our Pledge Master, in addition, provides time off from pledging to new members who request time to study. Our goal is to retain 100% of our new and active members.
Our chapter academic goal is to achieve a house average higher than the All Men’s Average and higher than the All Men’s Greek Average. We are optomistic that we will achieve this goal.
